About Don

Don leads our MicroNutrition innovation approach and execution, aligning with species business strategies and priorities; Align with Category Leads and other SMT resources to shape and drive future MicroNutrition offerings for our customers. Working with; broader Cargill and select external thought leaders to find innovative ideas, he will help to generate novel and differentiated solutions to help solve target customers’ biggest problems, and engage with strategic customers and partners to optimize application of MicroNutrition solutions.

In his spare time, Don enjoys hiking, Nordic skiing, and other outdoor activities, along with cooking, eating, watching soccer, and supporting his and his wife's children’s development to adulthood.
