In his role, Mark is responsible for developing and implementing strategy and driving growth for the swine business. Mark is passionate about people development and the development of high-performance teams and provides leadership for our swine account management team.
Mark grew up on a diversified farm in Southeast, Iowa where his family raised beef, pork, corn, soybeans, and wheat. He and his wife, Leslie have three children; their son Lauren is a freshman at Iowa State University, daughter Grace is an eighth grader at Central Lee Community Schools, and son Ben is a very busy four-year-old that helps his Mom on the farm.

As a Swine Nutritionist, Erin works with pork producers to understand their production systems and capabilities and identify areas that will help producers advance and excel in producing safe, nutritious, and affordable lean pork for human consumption around the world. As part of the Technical Team, she supports development of new technologies and offerings based on needs of pork producers. With such a dynamic industry and the continued advances in understanding ingredients, pig requirements, and pork production, Erin sees many opportunities in food production. She enjoys all facets of pork production and applies a whole-system approach to refining management practices to help producers implement new technologies that are practical and cost-effective.
Erin enjoys new adventures by traveling near and far with, and to visit, family and friends. She is involved in her church and is an avid baker. Erin enjoys watching and playing sports and the challenge of running half marathons and triathlons.

As a Swine Research Manager, Sabrina is responsible for coordinating and leading the swine research trials conducted at the North America Technology Application Center. In her role, she prioritizes topics, manages trial objectives, determines the best experimental designs, interprets data, and communicates results to the technical team, industry colleagues, and customers. Sabrina is also engaged with the Additives Team in the development of new additives. As a Product Development Manager, Sabrina works in conjunction with the Swine Product Manager to update Provimi U.S. swine products based on recent research findings to ensure that we are offering the best nutritional solutions to our customers. In addition, Sabrina also works closely with the global team to exchange research information, processes, and how to better align research priorities that can be advantageous to our business on a global level.
Sabrina enjoys spending time with her two children, Lexie and Ryan. Attending her children’s activities including soccer, showing dogs in 4-H, and Girl Scouts keep her busy. Born and raised in Brazil, Sabrina is a huge soccer fan. Other interests include outside activities with her children and traveling to learn about new cultures.

Sara Ebarb

About Sara
Sara facilitates the trials conducted at our research facilities. Before and throughout the trials, she updates farm protocols, maintains the feed deliveries, and provides the plant with manufacturing instructions and lab analysis requests. Once trials are complete, she inputs and verifies the performance data, perform statistical analysis, and summarizes the data into tables and Power Point presentations. Sara also works with the nutritionists to discuss future project focus, new supplier data, and deliver customer facing presentations, such as the Provimi Research Review. She continually strives to deliver additional research information to the technical team to assist with our customers’ inquiries.
Sara enjoys taking her beagle to the dog park or hiking trails when the weather is nice. In the fall, she stays busy watching her favorite teams, the Oakland Raiders and Kansas State Wildcats, play football. Any given opportunity, she enjoys traveling to new places with family and friends.

In his role, Brian assists Provimi customers with technical support in virtually any area as it pertains to feed manufacturing. Specific areas include: Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Safety, Increased through-put, FSMA Compliance, Mill Retrofits and New Mill Construction. Having grown up on a farm and recently owned/operated a 4,400 head W-F site, he understands the challenges faced by our producers. He's had the opportunity to construct 3 new state of the art integrated feed mills over the past 22 years, feeding both swine and large tom turkeys.
In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with family, traveling, motorcycles, automobile restoration, and is a member of the Masonic Lodge.

About Joe
Joe is responsible for working with our customers from weaning to the finishing stage in production. Barn and room ventilation is a high priority for him, as without the proper environment swine production will always be compromised. Joe utilizes the newest technology in evaluating environments where our customers’ animals are raised. Teaching producers about the responsible use of the environment where their livestock live is an area Joe truly enjoys. He stresses the fact that having all the production and environmental components working in unison is a vital part of success for every customer’s pork production.
Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, Jolene and two children, Will and Katie. The family passion is Rodeo with both kids involved in the sport. In his spare time, you’ll find Joe outside: fishing, hunting, and trapping.

Ken Lamm
Environmental Specialist
About Ken
Ken is known as the “Ventilation Guy”. His primary responsibility is support for the Nutritional Team by auditing and optimizing the environment in customers’ facilities. He travels the country and even travels internationally speaking to swine and poultry producers and integrators on the subject of ventilation management. He has also been instrumental in developing our Benchmark Auditing Program for analyzing the barn environment.
Ken enjoys spending time with his 21 grandkids: attending baseball games, soccer matches, wrestling matches, dance recitals, football and volleyball games. He also enjoys gardening, woodworking and fishing. On nice days, Ken gets on his Goldwing motorcycle and rides Ohio’s back roads.
