About Steve

Steve has a unique skillset as an accomplished sales leader while maintaining a dedicated weekly on-farm connectivity with dairy customers. In this role, Steve looks to ensure our customers are successful and are being served by an engaged team offering exceptional solutions and products. Each day, Steve will guide and encourage the business to keep the voice of the customer in the room while striving to support our customers, achieve our business goals and have long-term results that fulfill both business and personal goals.

Steve’s experience in the dairy nutrition space spans 30 years, starting his career with Young’s Minerals. Steve studied animal science at Penn State University.

Outside of work, Steve spends his time with growing family and friends, supporting Penn State and cows. Steve and his family are active in showing dairy cattle in local, regional and national show rings. Steve previously served as an associate judge of the International Red & White Holstein show at World Dairy Expo and has judged several state shows. Steve and his wife, Marylynn, live in southcentral Pennsylvania.
