The Bulk Unload Tech position is responsible for unloading and loading bulk trailers following quality assurance guidelines, standard operating procedures and safety programs.
The Food Safety Quality and Regulatory Associate Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring internal collaboration and connectivity for all policies, standards, and trainings. You will partner with contacts to assist with compliance and customer specification issues. You will also work closely with the location(s) to coordinate and plan programs that fall under food safety, quality and also regulatory areas.
Operate all packaging equipment to pack, in proper bags with proper tags, feeds from bagging bins. This includes the operation of bin gates, sacking scale, forklift bag hanger, sewing machine, warehouse conveyors, and product coder. Work in a safe and efficient manner consistent with company rules and regulations.
A Typical Work Day May Include: Completing preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facility; Operating standard maintenance tools such as power tools, basic hand tools, electric tools, precision maintenance tools, preventative maintenance technology tools, etc.; Utilize and work with maintenance trades and components such as electrical, welding, pipe fitting, fabrication, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping systems, mechanical maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems; Modifying or building equipment by reading and comprehending electrical/mechanical schematics, blueprints, and/or operation manuals; Documenting completed work and the conditions found; utilizing maintenance computer software as necessary; Interacting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment; Operating forklifts, loaders, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts; Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures; Maintaining a safe and clean work environment; Other duties as assigned

Operating equipment throughout facility such as mixers, mills, grinders, packing, palletizers, etc.; collecting product samples and supervising tank levels, utilizing computer systems to input and record data as necessary; manufacturing products to ensure that they meet specifications; interacting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment; operating forklifts; understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures; maintaining a safe and clean work environment; other duties as assigned.
Complete preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance throughout the facility. Document all completed work and the conditions found; utilizing maintenance computer software as necessary. Installing, maintaining, testing, evaluating, and repairing various components and systems including mobile equipment, pumps, mixers, drag and screw conveyors, gear reducers, and bearings. Operating standard maintenance tools such as power tools, basic hand tools, pneumatic tools, electric tools, etc. Comprehend (mechanical/electrical) schematics, blueprints, and/or operation manuals. Operate forklifts. Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations. Maintain a safe work environment through cleanliness and housekeeping. Other duties as assigned.

Operate multiple pieces of equipment to mix and pack, in proper bags with proper tags, feeds from bagging/dosing bins. This includes the operation of bin gates, sacking scale, forklift bag hanger, sewing machine, warehouse conveyors, and dosing system.
Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, loaders, scales and dust collection equipment; Properly weigh all micro ingredients according to established feed formulations; Attention to detail; Scan process orders into a system; Print scale/weight tickets and compare to printouts, note lot number on printouts, and attach to mixing record; Interacting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment; Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures and follow Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP); Other duties as assigned.
The Plant Manager will lead all production or operating processes by being responsible for the operations agenda and leading an engaged team that will execute business deliverables.
