Swine Innovation Lead
The Swine Innovation Lead is responsible for leading swine innovation for Cargill Animal Nutrition North America. This role will align innovation with business strategy and growth priorities, lead the innovation approach and execution, engage with strategic customers and partners, and be accountable for achieving innovation-based financial metrics. This role will help shape and drive future innovations for our swine customers through the delivery of new products services and solutions. To achieve these goals the the Poultry Innovation Lead will collaborate with subject matter experts across Cargill Animal Nutrition, Cargill Health and Technology and the Cargill Digital and food communities to help generate novel and differentiated solutions to help solve our customers biggest problems.
In her spare time, Kari enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters watching most sporting events, and follow both the Chicago Bears and the Chicago Cubs. Kari is also an avid runner and races anything from a 5k to half marathons.
